As an Industry Partner, DevBlock was honored to support and provide invaluable advice throughout the journey of ADC Competition 2024.

RMIT Accessibility Design Competition (ADC) is an annual event that provides a collaborative space for students to team up with industry partners to promote inclusiveness for people with disabilities in the workplace. With a mission of making a real difference to individuals with disabilities in the workplace and creating opportunities for young innovators to make a positive impact on society, ADC 2024 returns to provide a platform for all game-changers to apply their practical business and design knowledge to address real-life social issues.

In ADC 2024, teams of three university students, supported by an industry partner to develop and innovate ideas in the form of designs or prototypes to promote inclusiveness for people with disabilities in the workplace.

After an intense Semi-Final round featuring 12 exceptional teams, DevBlock was captivated by an electric atmosphere during the ADC Finale 2024, where the top 4 finalists showcased their outstanding performances. Their dedication and passion to enhance the employability of people with disabilities were truly inspiring.

This collaboration allows DevBlock to engage with innovative minds and contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge projects. By working closely with RMIT, we aim to bridge the gap between academia and industry, providing students with practical insights and real-world experience. Our involvement in the RMIT ADC 2024 underscores our commitment to fostering creativity and professional development.
